Activities On The Croft

AND THE DELIGHTFUL NEARBY

“The croft was a very welcoming place to stay; lovely to sit in the evening and watch the sunset, the location was perfect with views of the loch, a walk to the pub and easy access to the main road and plenty of exploring and activities on the croft itself” - Gemma, Glasgow

People lead stressful, busy lives these days and our hope is that the croft will provide guests with a place to relax, unwind and maybe even throw away their car keys for a few days. The croft walks are perfect pre breakfast or after dinner strolls, the fire pit and barbecue offer a place to laze away the hours while younger folk can burn off energy on the trampoline or build dens in the woodland areas.

Ask Helen about slow guided walks around the croft.

Helen also offers revitalising Shiatsu massage and Reiki healing which you can book before your arrival on the comment section of the booking form or ask when you are here.

When her Armadilla is free,  you are welcome to use it as a place to be quiet, or to practise yoga or meditation.

The loch shore at the foot of the croft is great for pottering”, collecting winkles, spotting birds or just …………. thinking.

We have bicycles for those who would like to exercise. We can point you in the direction of some great local walks and bike rides.

“The trampoline was a hit as was the Edinbane playpark. A walk or cycle up the hill to the wind farm is very scenic” - Jamie

“A beautiful place to call home for a few days……. Leaving was difficult” - Lucy and family
