A traditional stone croft building, whose former uses included cattle shed, stables for ponies, a loft for overflow sleeping accommodation from the main croft house converted, furnished and decorated to a high standard.

Fast WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen (Induction hob/ combination microwave/ comprehensive range of cooking utensils and crockery), and a wood burning stove all for your convenience and the setting for a great holiday away from the stress of everyday living.

The Merman Cottage provides a safe haven, sleeps 4 – 1 double and a really quirky hand built 2 single bed room with access via an artisanal walkway directly onto the croft and woodland walks. Children love it!

The ground floor includes an open plan living dining room kitchen area with a wood burning stove and a bathroom and toilet. Access upstairs is via a spiral stair case – complete with squeaks  – to the 2 bedrooms and a toilet.
